A large number of client accounts have now had their server hardware upgraded and moved to a new data centre, which will result in an overall improvement in speed, response times and technical reliability.

A few clients may have found that over Monday and Tuesday their sites were intermittently unavailable. This was due to unprecedented serial failure of brand new hardware. Only a few of our clients were involved. (Our clients' sites are spread over many physical machines specifically to avoid an unanticipated event like this affecting too many people). This situation - multiple failures of brand new high-spec hardware - could not have been foreseen by anyone.
