Customers whose sites are hosted on one of our VPS servers may be experiencing difficulty contacting their web sites or accessing their email.

This is due to an ongoing problem at Pipex's data centre where the VP servers are physically located. We do not known the exact nature of the problem at the moment, but Pipex's Level 2 support teams are currently working to resolve the problem and we anticipate normal service being reinstated within one to two hours.
