We have seen other businesses charging ten times our prices for a virtually identical product. How they get away with it we really don't know. We have also seen new starts charging prices that are less than half ours, and of course there is the endless supply of enthusiastic amateurs, many of whom will work for little or nothing to get the experience. We operate a combination of individual quotation and menu pricing to arrive at a final figure. The figures given below are intended as a guide only - it should enable you to cost out the various possible combinations and arrive at a rough figure. The final price will be determined after the free initial consultation and will be offered as a firm no-obligation quotation.

Approximate cost per page	Assumes 1-3 graphics per page, 50 - 500 words text. Purely a pricing device to facilitate the generation of a fixed quotation; we will frequently increase the number of pages without further charge to the client if appropriate. Includes scanning if required.	£30 per page
Search Engine Optimisation and Submission	Not an extra, a necessity. We optimise your site and manually submit it to all the significant search engines and directories who still take unpaid submissions. Don't let someone else design your site then have to pay a fortune to get the search engines to notice it - get it right the first time by letting us build your site.	Included in the overall cost
Pop up photo enlargements	Clicking a small picture brings up a larger one in a separate window. Ideal for photo tours etc. Can also be used to give extra information about a subject (see the buttons). Configurable with or without captions etc.	£10 each
Text-only pages	Text to be sent as MS Word or other acceptable digital format. Creation or reproduction of complex tables may add to this cost.	£20 per page
NEW Printer-friendly pages	Using a new script we can now offer printer-friendly pages even for content you manage yourself through our editor. The script automatically creates a printer-friendly page, so you don't need to keep two pages updated.	£20 per page
NEW PDF File Creation	If you want a document to print out exactly the same on all systems, we can create a PDF version of it. Simply send us a Word documenet formatted the way you want it to look, and we will create the PDF (portable document format), upload it to your site and link to it.	£20 per document (dependent on size)

PAYMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS
A quote will remain valid for one month from the date of issue. Any work outwith the scope of the quote will only be undertaken after consultation with the client, and will be billed at £30 per hour. All work to be completed by a date agreed with the client once the quote is accepted. Acceptance is required in writing before work can commence. The acceptance letter should be accompanied by the quote (or a photocopy) with a signature and the words 'Quote Accepted', and with the date clearly visible somewhere on the document. Our terms are: 25% with acceptance of quotation, the balance when the site is handed over to the client (i.e. when it goes live on their server). This balance is due 14 days from date of issue of invoice. The final invoice will only be issued once all work detailed above has been completed (unless otherwise by mutual agreement). The work in progress will be visible at all times at a temporary URL to allow regular consultation and modification of the site as it develops. All files created, html, graphics and any other, remain the property and copyright of Webcraft UK Ltd until the final invoice is paid in full. Acceptance of our quotation implies an acceptance of these terms. It should be noted that the company is not registered for VAT at this time.
